William “Brad” Zeller brings more than 20 years of hospitality and restaurant leadership experience to the River North Bistro team. Throughout his career, Brad has been driven by a simple belief: great restaurants are built on exceptional guest experiences and teams that genuinely enjoy working together. Brad combines a hands-on operational approach with a passion for hospitality to create an environment where people feel valued, connected, and excited to return.

Before joining River North Bistro, Brad held a variety of restaurant and entrepreneurial leadership positions, including Assistant General Manager and Director of Kitchen Operations at Rockwell's Neighborhood Grill and founder and operating owner of Aleman Brewing Company, which reinforced his belief that hospitality is ultimately about taking care of people. Outside of work, Brad is equally passionate about being a good husband and ensuring his three boys grow up to not become knuckleheads.
